Welcome to my internet office. My name is Lauren Trecosta. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (license verification) with more than 12 years of experience and a Life Coach. I have two Master degrees in Psychological Services and Education, respectively.

I can help you work through life’s challenges and move toward the life you want.

I began my career as an individual and group therapist with The Women’s Center, an outpatient clinic serving women, men, and children of all ages. I have been in private practice since 2001 and work with men, women, couples, and adolescents. I have extensive experience working with a broad range of issues: relationships, depression, anxiety, gay/lesbian, career, co-parenting, and self-esteem. I am especially interested in helping clients move beyond their problems and toward making their dreams a reality.

I am guided by you in our work together as well as by the nature of the problem, the desired solutions, and strategies to achieve it. As a counselor, I listen to you, provide you with information and feedback, and prompt you with leading and reflective questions to help you move closer to the life you want.
